The students of Fort Loramie Jr/Sr High School received a visit from the Airstream Mobile Unit and the Workforce Partnership of Shelby County on Tuesday, October 7, 2014. The students listened to a presentation from Mr. Doug Barhorst, a graduate of Fort Loramie High School, on potential careers in the area. During his presentation, Mr. Barhorst discussed the importance of ambition, attendance and attitude when seeking employment, the strength of the current job market in the surrounding communities, and the number of jobs being reshored to the United States in 2015. Fort Loramie High School was the first school in Shelby County to receive a visit from the Workforce Partnership of Shelby County and the Mobile Unit. This visit was organized by Guidance Counselor, Mrs. Kendra Kemmere.
