Members of Ft. Loramie FFA have been busy within the last month
planning and executing many events. One of the most recent events was a
chapter fundraiser at the annual Fort Loramie Lake Fall Harvest
Festival. FFA members worked together to manage the food stand and serve
food at the FFA food booth Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. FFA members
prepared and served a variety of different items including pork loin,
sweet corn, chili soup, nachos and cheese, and a variety of drinks. Many
thanks to everyone who helped support the FFA and make this event
successful. The profits generated will be used for scholarships for FFA
members and to help fund entry fees for contests, camps, and
conferences. The event was organized by the FFA officers with the input
of the members and their adviser, Mrs. Heilers.
The Fort Loramie FFA is a satellite program of the Upper Valley Career Center.
